- We offer free shipping to the US and UK on all orders over $85 upon successful transaction.
- Due to high product shipping costs, if you request a return or exchange for personal reasons, you will be responsible for:
- Original shipping cost
- Return shipping cost
- By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
- For your reference, the overseas shipping time is as follows: After the completion of packaging, the delivery from China to the US usually takes 7-10 business days, and a tracking number will be provided once the shipment is dispatched.
🎀 Return & Refund Policy
- We offer a 7-day return policy: you have 7 days from the delivery date to request a return and refund.
- To initiate a return, please use "CONTACT US". Once approved, we will provide the warehouse return address.
- Please ship the item back within 5 days and provide the return tracking number. Late returns will not be accepted.
🎀 Damaged or Incorrect Items
- Inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.

To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
- A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
- All returns must be pre-approved and sent to our designated warehouse.
- Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.
